GriefShare will resume in February of 2025

GriefShare is a safe place for grieving people.

GriefShare is a 13-week, Christ-centered support group that provides help and encouragement after the death of a spouse, child, family member, or friend. GriefShare aims to help hurting individuals on their journey by providing participants with resources and a caring, supportive community.

13 Session Topics

What To Expect

  • GriefShare meets each week during the 13-week session. Our group meets on Thursdays from 9:30 to 11:30 in the Student Center and can be joined at any point. Each session is self-contained, so you do not have to attend in sequence. Our support group aims to be a warm, caring environment that will support you during this new journey.

  • Each session features an encouraging, informative video featuring experts, ministers, and Christian counselors discussing grief and recovery subjects helpful to people in grief.  Real people share their experiences from their grief journey.

  • Each week, your group leader will have journaling and personal study exercises that relate to each week’s topic.
